We dispatch all orders for items that were in stock when ordered within 48 hours Monday to Friday. We offer free UK delivery using first class Royal mail post. We offer free International delivery using second class airmail post.

Returns policy
Faulty goods may be returned within the guarantee period (with prior approval from nutsaboutjewellery.co.uk) for replacement. It may be necessary for us to return goods to our supplier for confirmation/testing before we are able to supply a replacement. All guarantees/warranties are provided on a return to base basis.

If you order the wrong item and open it you can still exchange it for the correct item within 14 days of purchase.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee
You may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of invoice date, please see details below. This is in addition to your statutory rights. If an item is unused and in unopened original packaging it may be returned to us within the 14 day period for a full refund. If an item has been opened and is found to be faulty it will be covered by our standard warranty. Any item returned must be returned by the customer at their own cost. We cannot refund or replace if goods are lost in return transit to us. Goods may only be returned with prior approval from Nuts About Jewellery.
If a parcel is considered delayed or lost in transit, 15 working days must be allowed to confirm the parcel is lost by the Royal Mail before a refund or replacement can be processed.
Greenkey Ltd trading as NutsAboutJewellery.co.uk and any of its associated companies shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with any contract and or supply of goods and or services.
